Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
